A highly collectible Danish extending table of beautiful design and striking proportions, known as the 'Flip Flap' table due to the ingenious mechanism whereby the leaves are pulled from under the perimeter of the table, and open out on brass hinges. Also called the 'Lotus' table.

This example has stunning defined rosewood grain, and unusually retains an original finish with rich rosewood colour, and is close to original condition throughout.
