HAYLOFT MID CENTURY specialises in British and Danish furniture from the 1950s, 60s and 70s. We stock a wide range of pieces from Danish designers including Vodder, Juhl, Moller, Klein, Hovmand Olsen and Kofod Larsen, and can source many pieces. Also in stock are quality British mid century pieces including Robert Heritage and Gordon Russell. HAYLOFT also offers art, lighting and objects from the mid century period and beyond.

All pieces come into our workshops to be cleaned, restored and re-finished to an extremely high standard. We restore to meet the high expectations of the modern collector, offering an exciting alternative to new furniture, and the opportunity to invest in design pieces.

PURCHASING & DELIVERY
You can purchase pieces from our website by emailing info@midcenturyhome.co.uk or phoning 07791 942281. Payment is by card or bank transfer. To view items, you are welcome to visit our gallery in Bonsall, Derbyshire DE4 2AJ by appointment. The nearest train station is Matlock Bath and we can pick you up from there.
ENGLAND
We offer free delivery to some locations for larger items, and deliver to London, Manchester and the Midlands for £80 per item usually within 10 days. We handle the deliveries ourselves to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. We will also help to install your purchase.
SCOTLAND - SOUTH WALES - SOUTH WEST
Deliveries with a reputable furniture courier. Price typically £120 - £200.
EUROPE
We offer delivery to all major European destinations including Portugal, Spain and France (from £250 for a sideboard).

HAYLOFT MID CENTURY owner Rick Wakefield has over 20 years experience as a woodworker and chairmaker, learning his craft from his father who was a maker of finely carved rocking horses. Sister company HAYLOFT CONTEMPORARY is an established art gallery, exhibiting at national art fairs for the past 20 years. We use our combined knowledge of design and craftsmanship to offer quality mid century furniture and interior design.
