A rare piece by renowned British sculptor Laurence Broderick, 'Mother & Child' is stunning from all angles. Broderick was born in 1935, and began his artistic career as an historical and educational illustrator and painter. He taught art from 1959 to 1981 alongside working as a freelance artist and sculptor. He became a full time sculptor in 1981. Broderick is internationally exhibited, with work in public and corporate collections. He is an associate of the Royal British Society of Sculptors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
